COURSE OBJECTIVES
To define the various roles & liabilities of freight forwarders, shippers & carriers by explaining the Forwarders' Standard Trading Conditions & Conditions of Contract by Air
To define the principles of cargo insurance
To advise on the procedures for cargo claim handling: Insurance Claim, Airlines' Claim and Forwarders Claim
