Should there be any changes of rooms and/or event dates; the Hotel reserve the rights to review the prices quoted. Revised room blocked will subject to availability.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in is after 1500hours. Rooms required before 1500hours on the day of arrival on confirmed basis must be pre-blocked. An additional one (1) night room charge will be levied.

Check-out is prior to 1200hours. Use of rooms from 1200hours to 1800hours on the day of departure can be arranged at fifty percent (50%) of the negotiated rates. Use of rooms after 1800hours will be charged at a full night room rate. Late checkout is subject to availability.
