While SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd takes all possible measures to minimize disruption and inconvenience to the participants, it hereby asserts its rights as follows:

  • We reserve all rights to cancel / postpone / re-schedule classes as the situation may require.
  • We reserve all rights to re-assign classes to specific alternative venues whenever the situation warrants.

CORRESPONDENCES

All correspondences with company sponsored individuals shall be made through their respective companies in writing. SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd will only entertained correspondence from the specified Contact Person named in the Registration Form.

Please ensure that information on the Registration Form is clear, as certificates are prepared according to details on the Registration Forms.


 *SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FUND (SDF)

Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs are eligible for SDF reimbursement. The participants must attain a minimum of 75% attendance. Only company cheques are allowed for payment of course.

Company is to submit the SDF Training Grant application before the commencement of the course through the online WDA SkillsConnect platform. Upon completion of the course, company may proceed to submit the Claim through the same platform for the crediting of the grant into the company’s account by WDA.


CLOSING DATE & COURSE PAYMENT

The closing date for all training courses will be 5 working days prior to course commencement date or once the class is full. All course payment must also be made at least 5 working days before course commencement date. Cheques should be made payable to SAAA CARGO SERVICES PTE LTD.


CONFIRMATION

A confirmation letter will be sent via email to the Contact Person as specified in the Registration Form. Reservations will only be entertained upon receipt of payment. SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd is not obliged to inform the Contact Person for unpaid registrations or any changes to the course.


WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND OF FEES

SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd reserves the rights to cancel or postpone a course under unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a course cancellation, the Contact Person for the participant will be informed in writing.

Applicants who have been accepted into a course and subsequently decide to withdraw from the course are required to serve notice in writing to SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd through their respective companies. Upon receipt of the notice, SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd may refund part of the course fee as tabulated below:

Companies that wish to replace the participant may do so provided that the replacement candidate meets the entry requirement. SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd must be notified in writing 14 days prior to commencement of the course. Registrations cannot be transferred to a different course or course date. All such requests will be dealt with on a case to case basis.


CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Participants need to fulfill 75% attendance to be eligible for the Certificate of Attendance for non-examinable courses. Participants are responsible for their own performance for examinable courses.
