COURSE OBJECTIVES
To provide practical insights into the air transportation of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products, covering key regulatory requirements, risk management practices, air cargo lane risk assessments, as well as an overview of the CEIV Pharma certification ana audit process.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Personnel involved in handling pharmaceutical shipments, freight forwarders, cargo handlers, customer service, quality, logistics, and supply chain professionals, including managers and Qualified Persons (QPs) within the pharmaceutical sector.
ACCREDITATION & EXAMINATION
Upon successful completion of course, participants will be awarded a jointly issued Certificate of Participation from International Air Transport Association (IATA) and SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND OF FEES
On withdrawal of course upon acceptance, participant is required to write to SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd through their respective companies.
Refund is only applicable based on the notification period. Else, below penalty applies.
