On 11 November 2025, SAAA hosted its 51st AGM and was proud to announce the revisions to the Standard Trading Conditions (STC), which were successfully finalized under the leadership of the SAAA Council Board. Any and all copyrights and any other intellectual property rights in the Singapore Aircargo Agents Association Standard Terms and Conditions (“Conditions”) are owned by the Singapore Aircargo Agents’ Association or its licensors. You may not under any circumstances, without the prior written permission of the Singapore Aircargo Agents Association or the applicable intellectual property owner:
Copy, transmit, publicly display, broadcast, publish or otherwise reproduce the Conditions or any part thereof in any form by any means; and/or
Adapt or modify the Conditions or any part thereof; and/or
Store the Conditions in an information retrieval system.
