Union Air Freight was incorporated on 28 Mar 1985 and we are a wholly local owned company with a paid-up capital of S$500,000/-. We have been an IATA accredited cargo agent since 1991 and an ISO 9001-certified Company since 1998. With the introduction of the Regulated Air Cargo Agent Regime (RCAR) in 2008, we have been certified a Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RCA) by the Singapore Police Force since then.

Our warehouse and office are located in the Free Trade Zone in the Singapore Changi Airfreight Centre. We are fully computerised in our operations and accounts and are able to provide round-the-clock service to our customers with our own fleet of vehicles. We handle all types of cargo, specialising in the freighting and clearance of time-sensitive and perishable products.

Union Air Freight has many accolades to be proud of, the most significant of which is receiving the annual “Top Agents” Award from Singapore Airlines. Ever since 1987, other than for a break of 4 years, we have been one of the very few local forwarders to receive this prestigious Award from our national airline. Besides Singapore Airlines, we are also the appointed cargo agent for over 30 airlines operating in Singapore.

We specialise in the handling of perishables such as live ornamental fish & fresh cut flowers. This is a niche market that only professionals can handle. Much attention must be given to ensure that such commodities arrive at the destination alive and fresh for the markets. Being an expert in handling such cargo, we can handle almost anything that needs to be transported.

FETA FREIGHT SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL (FFSI)

Union Air Freight is a member of the FFSI network. FFSI was organised in 1982 with the objective of seeking reliable, aggressive and locally managed companies to form a strong strategic global network of Alliances. In 1989, a core of FFSI members incorporated FETA FREIGHT SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL (FFSI).

Its objective is to form strong strategic alliances with prospective partners in potential countries trading under a unique name called FETA FREIGHT SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL (FFSI). They will cater to challenges of a globalising industry by offering the highest level of international freight forwarding and logistics services to the customers.
