
Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between SAAA@Singapore and the Ministry of Transport (MOT) on 11 November 2025, we are pleased to launch this new MOT-SAAA Air Cargo and Mail Security Course.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Singapore’s air cargo security regime and its alignment with the security requirements set out in Annex 17 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention). As a Member State of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Singapore is committed to implementing these international standards to safeguard the integrity of the air cargo supply chain. Participants will gain practical insights into the regulatory framework, the importance of air cargo security to the industry, and the measures required to achieve and maintain compliance.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Professionals within Singapore’s logistics and air cargo sectors who are involved in the management, implementation, oversight, or auditing of air cargo security measures.
ACCREDITATION & EXAMINATION
Upon successful completion of all course requirements, participants will be awarded a jointly issued Certificate of Achievement from the Ministry of Transport and SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd.
COURSE FEES
S$180 (before GST) per pax.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Course Duration: 2-day course, 9 AM to 5 PM.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND OF FEES
On withdrawal of course upon acceptance, participant is required to write to SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd through their respective companies.
Refund is only applicable based on the notification period. Else, below penalty applies.
